Phoenix's emotional back and forths with Rob during the misfits campaign were fantastic. Brought great immersion to the story. Well done both! 👍

So, after years of suppressed grief (the loss of grandparents, parents, a very beloved pet, and a sister) but all the time living in survival mode, rarely being in a situation where I could allow myself to grieve. I also work in animal rescue, specifically as a medical foster, which means we deal with a lot of loss. I had just lost a kitten that I had planned to adopt. I found myself at around 5 in the morning (I live in Hawaii), watching the misfits when Sneaky tells us about her sister. I was scooping litter boxes and passing meds when I found myself doubled over in the kitchen, sobbing my eyes out. It was very therapeutic and a long time coming, so thanks for that. Love you Phoenix

I loved watching Phoenix and her reactions during Misfits, it was so genuine and made me feel like I was very much there. The whole table was so present and engaging, hilarious, with so many sweet and sad moments. I'll watch anything with Rob DMing, but the Misfits were truly magical! Thank you all involved!

Phoenix and Rob are literally the best pair to have in a DnD game. They are so good in setting the story and making me be so invested in it. I was genuinely sad through a few moments in Tales of the Misfits. I surely hope you two will pair again in a future DnD session!

I loved this! It's interesting to find out about the background of someone you enjoy watching act and their thought processes. I loved learning about what happened behind the scenes even before the Misfits campaign began and how it came to be. I will say, I definitely teared up during the last episode. Going back to your comment about worrying as a storyteller about a story falling flat, especially at the end, that definitely did not happen with the Misfits campaign, or anything of yours that I've watched. Each episode/session is always captivating. Thank you for this!

It was so cool when she joined the crew. My first experience was Baelin's route the movie. That was an awesome experience! Finally, just got to episode 47 of Misfits and have enjoyed it all! Keep up the good work and keep being genuine and caring!!

Baelen's Route was so fun to work on, even for my blink and you miss me character. And enjoy the last 2 eps of Misfits! Hope you keep enjoying my stuff after you're done with that campaign!

@RobertHartleyGM I'm going to rewatch both campaigns because they help during hard times. Are you doing campaigns with other people where you are all acting in the future? Id love to see the crew behind the camera do a campaign where they get to act!!

Loved this episode! It's incredibly interesting to hear what makes the people tick that entertain us week after week. Everyone has said but I'll say it too - the interplay between Rob and Phoenix was UNBELIEVABLE during the Misfits. Now I understand why. Thank you guys! Ps. Happy that Phoenix is finding her balance and her passion, also hope she gets back to acting one day because she is a phenomenal actress

My favourite thing about Tuesdays was watching Misfits. Very sad it's over now as everyone involved was excellent. Good mix of humour and serious. Phoenix did a great job encouraging the less experienced players like Rhi and Ellie to tell their stories and get them involved in the game and story, while not being too controlling, or hogging the limelight. Also getting a lot of emotion into her story. Brought a good few tears to the eye.

Glad you liked it and sad it's over for you! Hope you find some other content (hopefully mine!) to fill that Tuesday void now.

Britt, Phoenix, and Adam are really the ttrpg standouts from VLDL. Britt's willingness to create such wonderfully awkward characters, Phoenix's roleplaying that renders everyone in tears, and Adam's passion for the crazy world they've created. Finding out "Nixie* is her nickname when they had FallCosplay with them was such a delight. And her skits with the Death Knight are pure joy.
