I had my breast biopsy last Wednesday. My results were posted on my health portal before my primary care even reviewed them. I am livid, sitting here all weekend with no clue what comes next. I will hear tomorrow. Invasive ductal carcinoma, Nottingham III, is all I could read. So here I am doing research on the web.

@@latasha3472How are you doing? I was also diagnosed in November and already had a lumpectomy and sentinel lymph nodes removed. Originally thought to be stage 1 but was beginning stage 2.

Just found out today, just like you-- through my patient portal... Invasive ductal carcinoma Nottingham grade 3. @@briettasonlen1208 I'm a wreck. Naturally it's after doctors hours and I've been up all night, it's almost 6am. I don't even know who to call first.

Noted! Thank-you so much for the feedback. I don't rotate on GI too often but I will see what I have in my teaching sets that could be good for reviews. Please let me know if there is something specific you would like a review on.

@@kroslidereview in terms of GI , stomach would be most useful. I rotate through all the specialities so any content is appreciated. There's a lack of endocrine histopath slide reviews on KZbin might be a nice one to do if you have any good teaching sets. Also would love to see cytology cases of you have any good teaching sets, more so standard cytology cases just good examples of common entities particularly bronchial bushings and lymph nodes.

@@ncorry8491 All great ideas - I will also see if my attendings might have cases I can borrow to review, particularly for cytology. I struggle with stomach too so I think that is an excellent area to go over.

@@kroslidereview other area would be renal, mediastinal pathology, pancreatic, lymph nodes/ lymphoma with a focus on morphology. Thanks again I appreciate what you've done so far.

@@ncorry8491 Making notes of these. Renal (assuming you mean medical renal) is somewhat esoteric, but will keep in mind and might be able to do a presentation on it as the cases really require IF and EM (which I cannot show in a live video feed like I normally use in Short Review). Thanks again for the feedback and great ideas!
