I can tell you that I bought a Backstop pad and installed on a Fierce 7PRC. The install requires removing two factory screws and reinstalling in the Backstop. Took virtually two minutes. Fit was excellent.

Im so confused. The comparison videos looked the same & the blue jacket guy looked like he moved further back on the standing shot with the Backstop pad. How does it keep you on target better or provide a clearer view through your scope during recoil? They both were thrown off target & the blue jacket guy lifted his head both times to look over the scope instead of using the scope, which is obviously a clearer view??? But its not on target after the shot. This also looks great for the range, but what about out hunting or shooting on the dirt in areas where you'd actually hunt for real world scenarios & getting dirt, rocks, debris in the open lattice area? Seems like it would affect the recoil if not cleaned out or stuff gets stuck in there. Also, the throne is needed, or else the 3D printed pad would deform in a safe or at ranges where you lean your rifle while you're sighting in other rifles, especially in heat.

I really like that protective cap. I have a basic Savage 30-06 that was also pretty rough to shoot more than a few rounds. The Limbsaver classic pad coupled with a wearable pad turns it into an gun I can shoot until I'm bankrupt. I wonder how this compares and if I can then leave the wearable pad at home....

I have the back stop pad on my cva scout in 45 70 had a limb saver which helped but there is a night and day difference with the back stop recoil pad

For my buddy and his Bergara, it was simple. Just 2 screws removed and reinstalled with the new pad. But this depends upon how your particular butt pad is attached.
