Could we have plated cranially and caudally in this case? What about cranial on radius and lateral on ulna?

Hello Dr. I wonder why it can be important in cats to do both radius and ulna repair?. As far as I know, it is typical to only fix the radius fracture in radius ulna fractures both in small dogs and cats. Looking forward for a great information. thanks!

The ulna is more substantial and more important for weight bearing than in dogs.
