Wow. My first impression on your first outfit (democracy jeans with the black and white sleeveless top was that you looked beautiful in it. The 2nd outfit with the dolman sleeves and grey sweater isn't bad, but I agree with your assertion that the colors look more Fall than Spring. Ditto for the "workout pants" with the teal top. Cute, but it feels off-season. But if you wear black year round, then go for it! The navy top is pretty, but it looks like Fall. Maybe it's made from a lighter-weight fabric? Not a bad haul at all.

First look definitely reads fall...I'd love to see some pastels or more muted colors. While the jeans fit great, I really don't like the fading on the thighs (it cuts off kind of dramatically) or the odd distressing on the back pockets. I love the dolman top (for fall) - super flattering. Cardigans without pockets are just a no. Teal top is super pretty (for fall). I think this box should offer a discount like the other boxes, but I guess I'd to with the teal top over the jeans.

I gave up on short story. They never seemed to understand my style and it seemed like they got fall discounted items to push at full price in spring lol. They were cute, but yes not spring inspired at all.

I got my 3rd short story box and it missed the mark yet again. I feel like they didn’t listen to my feedback from my previous box. I told them I don’t like anything sleeveless and they sent me 3 sleeveless items. I’m considering canceling my subscription ☹️
