For the 3D abstract design, is there a tacky layer after curing? Or do you apply another thin layer of top coat to seal it? 💕

I believe there isn’t a tacky layer I don’t like to top coat on top because it kinda goes away 😩

Girl I only clean the top part and then I put acetone into it and airbrush onto a paper towel till no color comes out 🫡
