Thermal Engineering is a branch of Mechanical Engineering. A Mechanical Engineering B.Tech student can opt for Thermal Engineering when he/she will do his/her 02 year M.Tech after 04 year B.Tech program.

If you study systematically from 1st day, all branches of engineering will be very easy. Otherwise all branches of engineering are difficult.

Presently mode of teaching for B.Tech in India is English. So also here at NIT Rourkela

Accommodation can be arranged at institute guest house on request. The costs are Rs 400/- per person per day for one room shared between two participants, and Rs 600/- per person per day for single room accommodation.
