U 100 % can tell who is got hot motors. This whole motor seal crap that dirt car has is junk. U can take a motor to get refreshed after if broke to a dirt car certified mechanin / engine guy. Well alot of guys as we just found out are having this done and putting better lower end cam and other shit sealing it and wallah its legal cuz as long as they have that seal from certifies person they dont check engines
