The chamfer for the tap is probably in the form cutting tool, and why would they spend the time dialing in the head on a mill, when they have a fixture?

I use manual comp release that fit betwen the spark plug hole and the spark plug. I know this kind of com releases put more far away the spark, but work for me

Where did you get your comp release valves Soberalmario? I've been looking for releases that go between the head and plugs and can't find anything

noticed a couple of things that should have been done, before tapping threads you should have a champher on that hole, and why in the world would you do all that by hand when you have a spindle and use quick change collets?

This fixture can also be used on the motorcycle without disassembling the vehicle. I have a bud who does this work in his back yard shop. no need for a Bridgeport.
