Easy Process for Squares is 36^2 36 is near to 40, then take -4 and +4, (36-4)*(36+4) => 32*40 =>1280. then our medium is '4'. so, take 4^2 = 16 finally 1280+16 = 1296. As well as 99 =>(99 -1)*(99 +1) => 98*100 = 9800 + 1^2 =>9801. I think this more helpful.

I have a question ❓ when we calculated (36)2, we multiplied 14 by the square root 2 and got 96 as last 2 digits. But, when calculating (99)2 , we didn't multiply 01 *2 but, instead multiplied the first 2 digits.
