Can you make it clear to me that which words should be written in capital and which are not? There are so many dictations available, but all have a different pattern in legal matters. Like, learned single judge and learned counsel. Somewhere the first letter is written capital and somewhere not...

How is the speed for dictation calculated.. Like in this paragraph dication is of 580 words completed in 5minutes and 30 seconds.. So do we divide 580 by 5.30 which comes out to approx 110. Or divide 580 by 330 seconds and multiply it by 60 seconds which would give the speed of 105 wpm approx to be very precise.???
