OK well that is Bull Crap why would the writers write the crap/shit that Scotty just said to Shanti,,,,,,if you have a loan with the bank on a house and the house depreciate the bank can't come back to you and ask you for more money on a loan you are already in.......well not in America, as long as you are making your payments on the loan there is nothing anybody can do.
