Hi Greg, love your videos and thanks for sharing about your health journey. Im reaching out to get some advice. I've been on carnivore for close to 3 weeks. Beef, butter, eggs, bacon, salt, water w electrolytes. I haven't had much progress on weight loss. Lost 3kg since I started (97 to 94kg). Weight loss has been stagnant for a week. My daily diet consists of: Breakfast: 6 to 8 eggs and sometimes 3 to 4 rashers of bacon Afternoon Snack: sometimes 1 to 3 hardboiled eggs, black coffee Dinner: 400g of striploin, about 30g of unsalted butter, About 4litres+ of water per day Minimal weekly exercise Question I know im supposed to eat till I'm satiated but im wondering how true this is and if my daily calorie intake is too high for my level of activity. Would you have any advice or opinion on this?

How much fat are you taking….? Is 30g of butter the only thing you are taking? You need fat to keep yourself satiated. In the initial phase, you will consume a lot of food because your body is craving nutrition. After a while, your body will demand less food and start to let go of retained fat storage because it realises that food is in abundance. In short, the more fat you eat, the more weight you lose. Give it three months before you start assessing.
