Makes me think toooo huhu belt chest head tone whuuuut
@sandy_carpetsthesecond50132 жыл бұрын
Truthfully, I'm not sure she *is* mixing. Shoshana tends to mess around with squalling and mild external distortion which, from my understanding of technique, has to be placed within high chest in order to be technically correct. If you listen to the vocal line at 3:50. The belt itself sounds like chest, and then the start of the head voice afterwards sounds like a mix which then goes into a high and bright headvoice. I think her entire upper register is classifiably in a mixed placement, and her belts are just a quiet, with-held chest voice.

You're like Aretha Franklin and this song is yours now, Sia would agree. .... Kurt Cobain said it about Tori Amos cover of Smells Like Teen Spirit.🙏🥺😭😭😭❣️❣️❣️ I'm having such a difficult time and today is the now laughable to cap it off day. Lost my wallet, dropped my last cigarette in a puddle, tried to call my daughter and phones went flat and as I stepped off the tram home .... torrential downpour. So I have zero fucks and as people ran for cover I sang and danced my cover of Billie Elish Happier than ever. People who knew the film clip driving past slowed and sang a line 🌧️🌧️🌧️🌧️🌧️🌤️🌤️💧💧🌦️🌦️🌈 and I just kept walking home You popped up on the algorithm and sang how I feel when it really gets hard. I'm gonna say THAT IS HOW YOU DO A COVER! ! Slayer it, made me weep THANK YOU I needed to. And they way you hit the heartstrings and reckon you really understand the strength from suffering. I feel connected to this song of hers and elastic heart. Your powerr is healing... God bless you. I can't believe you don't have millions of followers but betcha you will 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥💥💘 Yay for finding treasure today. dang u can sing
