I have heard my dad say the words "I love you" and "I am proud of you" less than a combined 5 times in my entire life. Watching a man like Canelo tell his son he loves him, building his confidence, telling him "Good job" for not crying over something small, but also teaching his son that it is ok to have emotions... is an amazing thing to watch. My respect for that man just went through the roof.

My Dad doesn't say things like that. Instead he showed it by working hard and valuing education. It was a different generation, but it doesn't mean that he cares any less. As a man, I don't see a problem with crying, but it is best done in private.

@@junior1497 … Yes we all have an EGO, but have you noticed how quiet Canelo is about his EGO? That’s confidence!!! He says “I do my talking in the ring” As opposed to Plant who’s EGO is loud and braggadocio, up on stage screaming at his opponent, raging and emotionally out of control…That’s insecurity, IMO…

@@apache7074 the original comment made stated that canelo has no ego. Of which he does, like everyone else

Haha, cmon man, you shouldn't hate on greatness. Just accept it, we are watching this generation's Mike Tyson. An all time great. His boxing is violent poetry in motion. His head movement vs Jacobs, his ko's of Khan and Kirkland, the destruction of Callums Smiths arm and BJS face... Canelo is the penacle of elite.
