There needs to be more companies like Cabot. 1911's are in general too "generic" inside and out. The only real differences bieng the options available at sleect "cusotm" 1911 gun making companies. There SHOULD Be guns made out of titantium ....slide/frame, internal parts...Why not platinum? Why isn't carbon fibre used on gribs??? Why aren't hand palm impresseions made e.g. putting a block of clay in a buyers ahnd to make truly custom grips that perfectly fit HIS or her hand ONLY?? Could you not put automotiive paint on a 1811?? How about micro-chipping the guns? so the guns can be located if "lost" or stolen?? SO MCUh can be done yet is n't yet.... My only other comment about Cabot is....i hope what I heard claimedby this one YT channel isn't rue about hteir expereinces with Cabot/ACW.....no one else (that I'm aware of) has made those claims....so maybe they were makkng up stories to creat traffic to their YT channel....Shrug...

Come on people cnc are here to stay this isnt the 1950 its 2023 RIA has figured it out no need to big money for a fantastic pistol now Nighthawk is on another level all together they dont pay big money propaganda to push for higher prices.these people make good pistols no doubt but the money they charge go to Nighthawk and Rock Island you wont be dissatisfied at all a d with the thousands you save get ammo and shoot to your hearts content.
