How does the l3 compare to the bolt? I just want something with a better picture than the gl35

Bolt and GL35 have the same image. The L3 maybe a little better but not going to see something dramatic. They are all 35mm 12 micron 50Hz. Just may like the zoom options better.

The ST6 looks like the same body that the AGM StingIR uses. Looks like IRAY is just private labeling the Jerry-YM for other companies.

The optical zoom is the same as you would with a clip on device in front of optical scope. People have a hard time understanding this concept

Distance and screen used is totally different in this case though. We have used tons of clip-on units over the years. Comparing apples and oranges here.
