Or was it alive for the entire duration of the video?" the correct answer is- the worm died from kick aura. The worm is a tricky part, but I think when you deleged the creep, the spray of the shotgun ricochet from the spikes, killing the worm as a result, best guess I got 🤣 IGN - Bjorn The Berserker
