I don't know if the glitch is different on xbox or not, but when you're game crashes while in a vehicle and you get back in the game and you are stuck in the vehicle, I have found you don't need your teammate to down you. You just need to switch seats in the vehicle and then it will let you leave it. Like I said though this is on xbox and I'm not sure if it works the same for PC. P.S. I'm building a PC currently, so soon I'll be able to play PUBG on PC too.

Tip: You CAN leave a vehicle after DC'ing if you CTRL and press a number to move seat, saves you bleeding out quicker if you get downed after, instead of knocking your team mates
