the problem with this is the american right almost never does anything as a group in real life. the only time i've seen the right successfully group up and protest against something they believe in was january 6th and even that was super disorganized and chaotic. the disorganization and chaos wasn't even on purpose, like the left would do. we can hate on the left all we want, but at least they know how to group up and make noise for what they believe in no matter how incorrect it is. if anyone tried to do your plan, only a few people would actually do it and it would backfire on them because there wouldn't be enough people for the plan to work as intended.

I wouldn't exactly call it "cringe." Yes, it is a "fad" in a way. The problem is two-fold: First of all, people are equating "tradition" with *their own personal perception and/ experience* of "the past." In the case of left-leaning individuals or feminists, they assume such a life is an "oppressive" regression back to the "1950s" or earlier. Even some right-leaning individuals (like Michael) don't really understand Bible-based, traditional values. Proverbs 31 speaks of the *ideal* wife. However, (in broader context) it's really a guide for young men to find a good wife. Most pastors don't actually understand the Bible these days, let alone a majority of the average population. Secondly (to your own point), people are largely drawn to the aesthetic of living a "trad" life and not actually believing in (much less practice) traditional values. Divorce statistics are proof of that. Jesus and Paul were clear on the topic of marriage and family (in Matthew 5,19 and Colossians 3). Furthermore, living a truly traditional life isn't about posting one's life online in order to seek validation from others or (even worse) monetize on it. Living such a superficial life is more in line with what the Pharisees did. It shows a lack of humility and understanding. In conclusion, most people end up "doing the right thing for the wrong reasons." One's intent is just as important, especially when it comes to *discerning a path forward.* In the words of TFK, 🎶 "'Cause faith that's a rebell | I can show you the devil" and "The End Is Where We Begin." 🎶

I've been a housewife for ten years. I make my own clothes, I make very good bread and I enjoy traditional cooking fo my family. It is only now that the twins are 9years old that I began doing youth ministry for the Church on the side and started an education to become a catechist for children. So you see, I live quite traditional. I'd go as far as to say, I am a traditional wife. Trad wife online content is, sadly, very very weird to me. It seems more like fetish content.

I lived in Charlotte, NC for 7 years. I was firmly in the left then. I was a SAHM, of 3 young kids who I eventually homeschooled when my oldest was 5. The friends I had were either on the far left or far right who all were SAHMs who homeschooled their kids, traded clothes and chatted about fun, safe places to hang out with children. Re: Lauren Southern. The fact that her ex husband walked away from disagreements and chose not to rebuke her accusations doesn't prove her to be right. It appears that there was disrespect or changes to agreements made only by one party without consent. The husband had nothing to negotiate with in terms of leverage. Lauren also knows she has the ears of her media followers. Left would support her as it serves their ideology. Essentially, no point fighting this woman.
