For the most part, she is a by the books type of cop that's what makes this move stand out so much because it's dirty so the thing that gets interesting here is if Hailey goes back to dirty moves in the future seeing how well this worked.

​@@corybernstein3872 how the hell did she ratted on Erin?? Lindsay went to the board and told the truth about what happened in the interrogation room. She accepted everything on her own. Later in the episode Hailey told Platt that the board didn't even make her any questions, they already had their minds made up about Lindsay. Episodes later, when Adam was hanging by a thread and punched some guy during an arrest, Hailey made that problem go away, she protected him. I know you miss Erin Lindsay (I love her too) but you just gotta accept the fact that Sophia Bush quitted cause she wanted to (she even said that it was the right choice to make for her). She seems really happy where she is now with everything she's doing, so it looks very unlikely that she'll ever return to the show. And maybe that's what's best for everyone.

I liked Upton when she was introduced, but am not liking the direction they are taking her. She was suppose to be the collected and strict one. This episode really just made her like everyone else. Also, I usually don’t route for the bad guy, but Micheal Beach did a hell of a job playing Darius!

Hailey is still reeling from the death of her CI, Darius didn't help matters when he practically admitted to her face that he is behind Cameron's murder because of the choice Cameron chose to make. Add to that the fact Darius was going to be walking a free man while those dirty cops were made to be heroes, it was just too much for her and pushed her to the edge. I don't want Hailey to go dark but I get what made her snap.

This show used to have an edge to it. It was great to watch initially. Ever since that cute broad left, and the latino dude, names of both I cannot remember, it has gotten more timid. With the inception of the half pint girl, ridiculous pregnancy twist, I simply don't find it as interesting. Voight is still the best. Every city needs a Voight. A once great show you can tell will soon reach its final season. What a shame.
