The thing about working out is the schedule. Whether ur running or lifting weights. Its like after you finish it, it feels like you accomplished something. Doing cardio during my lunch has done wonders for my mental. Hearing you guys talk about it all the time reassures my mind set.

Cardio during lunchtime? I really like that. I used to do cardio after work but I’ve recently been trying to run before work at 6am and find myself being less consistent because I’m less motivated in the morning. Maybe I’ll try lunch runs too!

Hitch needs to incorporate much longer like 6,7,8 mile runs but super slow like 12 minute and slower pace to really bolster his aerobic capacity but also have some much shorter 1-2 mile tops faster runs once or twice a week that's where he works so his anaerobic capacity and he'll see much better gains rather than just pushing yourself at 4 miles it's just going to lead to injuries

I'd say as far as impact goes, Steph by far has had the biggest impact on the game. Yeah, everyone wanted to be like mike..but they couldn't. You can't be like Lebron, he's a freak athlete who was gifted with insane genetics. But you can be like Steph. Go to any gym and it's just a bunch of kids throwing up 3s. The entire landscape of the NBA pretty much revolves around being able to shoot the 3.
