FYI- "they" are Motos, an enemy removed from the vanilla game & replaced by Chuckya. Modders reinclude them sometimes.

Its a downloadable patch, so you need your own copy of sm64 rom. Should run fine on emulator since it runs on console.

It's really easy to get running with ParaLLEl Launcher. No manual patching required.
