It's crazy that Farhan makes all the baseball decisions. A guy that was inspired to get into baseball by the movie moneyball. The same guy that would have been completely content with Kap returning this year. The Johnsons have ruined this team. Thanks jerks! 😂

You're both hacks! You don't keep a 37 year old in the dugout as a mentor and a "late inning defensive replacement" when it means a spot on the roster for a late inning, best pinch hitter in the league, or a guy who can play both center and short and has late inning pinch runner speed! The guy should have retired and to blame his kids for for continuing to play is shameless! As it is, as soon as Edmon returns, there's no room in St. Louis either! He'll be DFA'd by the All Star break!

They signed a veteran shortstop (who is 4 years younger) to a minor league contract who has won 2 gold gloves... while I would like Crawford to stay a Giant, the fans would have killed the front-office if they DFA'd Crawford, which they want the flexibility to do. We also assume ownership (Greg Johnson) wanted Crawford back, but they could also be behind pushing him away.

I mean Markus is not wrong. But seeing Crawford play last year was not fun. If this means he has a nice year out of spite, I’d love that for him and us Giants fans over him looking a shadow of his former self.
