There are no or minute number of experts in Jyotisha. There are Adhi Daivik, Adhi Bhautik and Adhi Atmik prarabdhas. Devotee should care for things which are in our control. Even if it is small thing. For example I heard that coloring one's hair bring bad effects, or brooming/sweeping our house at night, there are many such things. Big one is blaspheming a devotee. So just take care of those.
