They can use Southgate for the first half to wear down the opposition and keep things tight then substitute him with Pep at the 60th minute. This will keep Pep fresh for the final 30 minutes then the other dumb FA's who only have one manager and that solo gaffer will get mentally fatigued.

No country has won a Euros or World Cup with a foreign coach. Mixing matching managers or coaches is only going to worsen things. Please just stop.

The only national team that can really persuade Guardiola is England. Spain and Brazil are out of the question. Pep is perfect for England as he understands the language and culture. Besides that, he looks exhausted of managing at club level. For England is either now or never.

Why would you want pep to manage England?? Buys Grealish, hardly plays him, Phil Foden, young player of the year, hasn’t played him since. Kelvin Phillips, destroyed him. Joe hart, destroyed him. John stones, plays him in midfield. Cole palmer, sells him off. Stirling, Scores 13 goals in 30 appearances then sold off the next season. Jadon Sancho, refused him game time. Pep’s treatment of English players is appalling!!!
