Service has gone downhill in America too. I think it’s a result of the pandemic. That chemo story annoyed me though. She should have been able to get her treatment even if she was late!

The pandemic has changed the world even now.. in cinemas you could go in and pick your own seats when you went in the cinema. But at the counter now you have to pick where you want to sit and before you could decide when going in the cinema room. Some places still using covid as a problem
