I'm going back and rewatching the "Boss Lady Fe Academy" videos. 😂 I've learned so much from you already! I completely SOLD OUT for Christmas and I'm working my plan and my goals for Valentine's Day already. If I can make these small little things like in this video as I go all year, I'll be WALKING IN TALL COTTON a year from now. 😊 I plan to work every sale that comes along even if all I get is one or two items here and there. I've been studying the penny sales videos as well even though I've not found any of it in my local stores, I'm still combing the racks and I know the Lord will provide. I had a person confront me saying "All you do is throw a bunch of cheap junk in a basket and put a bow on it. Anybody can do that!" You and I both know that is NOT the case! What we do takes talent, time, patience, and the ability to have an eye for what goes together and how to organize, assemble, and design things for every taste, not just MY OWN taste. I've sold stuff, flowers in particular, that I personally thought was the tackiest stuff I've ever seen...but SOMEBODY ELSE liked it and bought it. I'm talking seafoam green and burnt orange in their house and they thought it was pretty! That's fine! I can be flexible and accommodate any taste! I'm a designer that didn't design for 15 years because of my health...but I'm back, Baby! I've got ideas built up needing to come out! And I'm going to knock them out of their shoes when they see my Valentine's Day collection this year! ❤ Thank you for your "classes" that you provide. My first time commenting, but l totally agree! I have increased my price point depending on my increased study and price per item. Occasionally I get a few ppl that question my price, but over all people compare and return. Now they know how much they need to afford my product, and they're happy to return every holiday, some birthdays, and other occasions. I don't get everything for a penny and the competition for penny items are higher, but do clearance shop for quality, and create every gift as if l was receiving it. I have seen some designers under price their amazing work....l believe we are all worth it and so is our work...1love!

If people want to make a basket to gift than $10 in supplies & labor is fine, but for income purposes it is not feasible. BTW, my kids' dumpster dive at Pet Smart for boxes to be used for storing pre-made baskets. Be sure to label boxes! ;-)

I make at least 12 $10 baskets cuz the kids on my block usually see us loading up my truck & ask to buy 1 or 2 for their moms, dads, granny, auntie or whoever. Or my kids will go get their little friends & tell them to come get a basket. I got my kids involved wit wanting to help selling by telling them they can keep half the money from any basket they sell $60 & up plus they can keep all of the money from any $10 basket they sell.. & I swear it was so funny watching my 2 son & daughter try to out talk each other or get people to stop & look at our table to sell them a basket. But they got involved they earned their money (that they was gonna ask me for anyway) even if they didn't help. & we all enjoyed selling baskets together

I got so many of the cups of the ones you have , plus I snatch up the cups with the spoon that came with it for penny also, I had just mad a basket like this last week for a lady ,,the one mugs with the single letter on it , and put a 8 color eyeshadow,,eyeliner a lipstick and a facemask and grabed a flower of one of my penny memorial flowers, charged her 15.oo ,she loved it

I noticed u didn't take the label off the bottom of cup... I'm asking..because u know ppl will look at the bottom of the cup and see 3$ , but u selling it for 15$ I usually take off the tags off everything I put in my baskets is this not necessary ? They look so cute the way u made it 💗

Yes take the tags off everything. It has been removed because it was a overlook on my behalf but just in case one was mistaken and left on, they’re not just paying for a mug , they’re paying for a gift in a mug that was designed. However I do teach to take off all tags but I’m sure I’ve done it unaware and when I’m doing videos sometimes it’s in a hurry so I overlook things that I discover later. Thanks
