A recipe you got to try Ron, Peel 4 large sweet potatoes slice into thick slices skillet add water cover them boil till fork tender,salt and pepper to taste High heat add 2 cups sugar pour out water keep bit water help sugar melt These candied sweet potatoes. Not yams candied sweet potatoes great potato salad, fried or grilled pork chops rice gravy,lima beans ,and fried okar.yeast rolls Bet you live it all

Mangroves are as good as anything you can catch inshore, but if you have never tried it pigfish are great eating. If you try one you will never throw them back again.

How in the HECK... do you NOT lose all your shrimp ( with no fish on) by HOOKING THE TAIL ONLY???? Here in Cape Coral, if I hooked up like that, I would go through $15 of shrimp in 1 hour with NO fish to show. What's up with that? I think Salt Strong would agree. Just sayin (and wonderin) ? BTW...
