When you sincerely see someone as a brother or sister than that is a fully platonic relationship. Because crossing that boundary wouldn’t exist, to you it should feel wrong and sickening to step out of it. But as soon as one party is interested or attracted that is no longer a friendship they are now your crush. But boy girl friendship shouldn’t have BF OR BFF cuz that role is reserved for your future partner alone.

I've a boy best friend (since 5 year's) and we've never had any romantic feelings for each other. He's the only guy who hasn't said I love you to me after just 2 months of getting to know each other ( because almost all of them do) I think the main reason for that is because he feels like I'm one of the boy's. We're like brother's yeah 😂iykyk. And we always talk about hiphop and gym and car's and how he can't find a girl he likes and that always ends with me roasting him about how he sucks at talking to girl's because he's a introvert. So yeah that's it and he say's he doesn't find me cute because I'm a guy trapped in a girl's body.Except for that one time when I was talking about dressing as a dementor for Halloween and he thought I'd look cute as a Dementor

He does like you he scared you’ll reject him feel like girls can have a guy friend in there head they’re friends a guy either wants sex or wants a relationship some of can walk up to u and say it like it is some take months to get some balls some never but once you live a little you’ll see guys and girls can’t be friends one is eventually going to catch feeling
