I think you need to drive on national roads with 80Km/hr speed and take the proper exit, for the test

You dont need to wait for international license. First You can apply for learner permit & then send your learner permit card, indian License, DL extract (all orginal )etc to mentioned adress. You dont need to send international license to reduce your class.

You can drive for one year with Indian or international.but I don’t think you can drive for more than an year.you need to do the test here in Ireland

I am not sure about that. I think we can applay through online, Parivahan site ( please search ) Hope you know international will be valid only for one year. So where ever we go, we need to take the license from the particular country.
