At my parent's old home, there was a club house. It was the size of that tiny home. My parent's purchased that home in 1983. The club house was like a little shack for children to play in. Now, people are living in tiny homes, this shows how much the standard of living has fallen in the US over the years.

I don’t think they’re bad for people who are single with no kids though, as long as they’re built safely and properly. How much space does one person need?

@@CodyCole80 You are right. More and more people are single, and people are getting poorer and poorer due to currency devaluation. In Japan, and many countries in East Asian countries, they have apartments that are smaller than that tiny house. They charge anywhere from $311 USD/month to $435 USD/month. In smaller cities in China, Thailand, Burma, Vietnam, etc, it would cost you anywhere from $300 to $500 per month to rent a 1 bedroom apartment. In rural parts of Japan, there are towns look like ghost towns, and you can buy a 3 bedroom 2 bath home for anywhere from $15,000 to $25,000.

Andrew. You need land zoned for these kind of structures. Where can you legally put one of these up? You have to own some land to put these up. Right? You sure don't want to be in a mobile park. Mobile parks are dangerous. Also, will you have water and electric utilities hookup? Will you have a toilet and shower stall? Will you have a kitchen sink? Without these basic necessities these tiny houses are unlivable. Finally, what are the price ranges?

@@andrewslife1979 🤔There’s a cute, modern mobile home on sale on HWY 80 going from Montgomery to Selma. It doesn’t look bad at all. You might want to drive by and take a look at it. There’s a 205 phone# to call if you’re interested. 🤷🏽♀️ You seem to be cruising around anyway…Might as well cruise in that direction. 😂

You may be able to find one from a private seller and get it moved by a wrecker service for cheaper. Just make sure you check with the manufacturer to see that shed has been paid off by the seller before you do any bill of sale. Double top plate, 16” oc wall framing, residential door, 3/4 plywood flooring, ridge vent or plate, roof felt, house wrap around osb, and insulation are some things to consider. Off grid might be the goal with a compost toilet, if septic restrictions arise.

Me and my wife live in the country in a small 900 square foot antique house. Our house was moved in 1997 to where I've lived since 1971. The house is old and in the winter cold and we have a 12 x 24 building beside our house. I as my wife are disabled and would love to make our 12 x 24 building into a tiny house. Thank you for the videos We financed our building for 5 years and payed it off in 2021 and our mortgage in 2013. Etc

No plumbing or any kitchen infrastructure in these units. These are sheds, not tiny homes.

I almost bought one until I realized I could purchase a used trailer that’s already compartmented at a much cheaper price. Consider a used mobile home.

It looks as if they tried to make them look like houses on the outside when they are really sheds.

Right. A little bit of wind picks up, and the home is down the street.

I like the bigger ones There are companies that have log cabin kits too I'd say the sheds are the cheapest

The best land zoning for these homes are in Texas there are thousands of people turning them into mortgage free home. They're building homes out of sticks anyway for the most part most Americans live in overwhelmingly in abundance and pay extreme prices to impress others 🌄🦍☮️❤️

I say yes, but do your research on tiny house living

Most people do not have the knowledge to build one out so they falsely represent the building as a shed. Every home today for the most part are Build the same way with the same materials exception of a concrete slab they're tying in the lumber. 🌄🦍☮️

How much will it cost me to rent a tiny house 🏠 from you? I might need a storage shed for all my Survival supplies. I don't have a criminal record. I don't do drugs and I hate Marijuana. I don't drink alcohol. I don't belong to any occult religion.
