I bought a piano kind of online from you, though I called and finalized the transaction in person in your San Antonio store. It was definitely worth doing it in person and it took only 30 mins as I knew exactly what I wanted.

I've bought both of my keyboards online, both through the same online dealer, AFTER having tried them out in a local store. In both cases, the online deal was better than buying from the local dealer, as they each came with a bundle. That having been said, I would never buy an acoustic piano or higher-end digital piano online.

I bought my piano (Kawai CA59) online after doing lots of research. I never tried it out prior to buying. That was almost 4 years ago. I’m still under the factory warranty, and I am having issues with the display screen. It has been a problem trying to get it fixed. I was told that they finally have a tech that is going to come out to fix it. He is coming from two hours away. I don’t know how it will get fixed if I ever have problems with it after the warranty is over. Also, it feels more like a computer than an actual “living” piano. I am currently looking at get an acoustic piano, in addition to my digital.

Hi Ted. I am German and living in greece. There is no piano store nearby. As a beginner I like to buy a Hybrid Kawai (novus 5 or novus 10) What will be the best choise (soundboard or grand Action) for me as a beginner?

Bought my yamaha p515 and casio pxs1100 online. Only bad experience was I bought the p515 when all the supply chain issues were happening so I had to wait ~6 months for it to ship.
