honestly, i think it kind of looks like a riding lawnmower fucked a golf kart. and the wings probably just slow it down. i doubt they added any more power to it. at least they didn't mention if they did... so what you really have is a 50mph car that now has potentially more down force and wheel surface slowing it down to 40.

don't understand this whole Vlog obsession sweeping youtube. the reason people are clicking the video to watch it is because of the title, and thumbnail. which is about a specific car that people want to see. they want to see the subject of the video as described in the title,thumbnail and description. what most people do not want to see, is the ten minutes of someone recording their face as they drive a vehicle, describing the events of their whole day (sometimes including life story) in detail. Came for the car, not to hear how your day/week went.

Are you CAA certified? If not... You are in a whole world of trouble for using a UAV in a commercial setting. The UK has very strict laws about such things and the CAA are not shy of slapping offenders with nice large fines. HINT - If you are not CAA certified to be operating a "drone" commercially, don't monetise your videos (or at least those with aerial work) because without a PfAW or PfCO you are falling foul of the "Valuable Consideration" ruling. I post this not to be a negative-nancy but to offer a heads-up to keep you from suffering the wrath of the CAA (AKA - Campaign Against Aviation ;) )... (BTW - I am a qualified commercial UAV pilot - I am not simply bumping my gums).

If you like it and you think it's worth it, do it. If not, don't. Personally, I like the design, it's radical and all, but it's still just a Twizy. You could spend that money on a better replacement for the Lotus, or a business venture. Your Twizy is a practical city car, so why degrade its practicality with low ground effects and tires too wide for a tiny car like that?

There is an big untapped niche market in the U.S for the Twizy if only either the light or heavy version could be approved for sale here. THIS is the logical vehicle for battery power. I'd much prefer the four-wheeler Twizy over the 3-wheel Arcimoto, but will settle for the Arcimoto if I don't have access to the Twizy.

If nothing else it looks like it should handle well. Be nice to extend those wheels out slightly further with wheel spacers and put a modest bike engine. It doesn't need to be a hayabusa. Hell even a properly sorted 250 CC dohc turbo v twin might suffice. Certainly not more than 600 CC naturally aspirated.

So: Oakley can paint cars and paint your seat subframes in gloss black install spoilers and change the wheels. Great. They can even match your paint choice to the monogramme on the dashboard...!!! In fact Mr Delanney says it all: If YOU don't like it then there's no point in doing it...... Like so many before him and so many to come, he's become a KZbin advertisement "free of charge" billboard, only doing anything if he thinks it will please YOU. Lost all personality. He's learnt how to lure you into clicking more videos of his by inserting previews and also telling you you've missed info if you haven't seen them. Wow. There are advertising schools where you can learn all of this properly and actually find a job without having to live at mom and dad's place forever or wonder if OTHERS will like what you are wearing. His first videos were actually quite interesting. In passing: The one that still lives off his parents is in fact the author of the video (like so many more of these car youtubers). Still living in his parents home in Monaco without which he wouldn't be able to afford his car, a garage to park it, or travel to make his videos as he currently does, trying to make you believe he's "living the life" and part of it all...... My turn: You are a young professional between 20/35 who has wet dreams at night over cars he still hasn't realised are ; 1) not practical, 2) gas guzzlers 3) out of his financial reach 4) still somehow represent some kind of 'status symbol' 5) too expensive to run for what they are and the list could go on and on and on. My point is: Get back to making INFORMATIVE videos as he's now got stuck in the youtube rut where he's run out of contacts/ideas and is just racking up anything for the clicks because it has now become his life and livelihood. In others words. GET REAL and realise that somebody who fals in awe of 'the Renault Sport RS' symbol that has simply been cut out of some aluminium plate on the rear spoiler is seriously in need of some therapy and of getting back to grips with himself, i.e. Is this truly who he wants to be in five years time and how he wants to be percieved ?
