I'm personally not crazy about car washes that use brushes, every automobile I have run through has damaged my vehicle. So finding one that is Brushless and actually cleans the car front to back is a plus but they seem to be hard to find. Just my thoughts 👍😁

Buy it! I worked at a car wash called Ricks. We had to clean the water pit that runs through the wash to catch trash and all that soapy goo. Yeah! We had to scrub and wash down the inside of the tunnel each day, pressure wash, clean the vacuum containers and hoses for proper suction, wash towels alllll throughout the day, keep up maintenance on the machines in tunnel... so much. What I just saw in this video was just laziness on their part. Also, if you buy it, do a membership program. So much a month and a sticker with sensor to be scanned to enter wash. Of course you need separate membership packets that can be purchased.

I work at a blue beacon truck wash in PA, you’d be amazed what all the chemicals and and stuff do to the walls! We used what they call a nano coding that we sprayed on the walls once a week. We also use good ol buffers and soft scrub and it makes the walls look like new!!

I used to work at a car wash in Florida, we did every thing by hand, detailed absolutely everything by hand and we stayed so busy and the tips were really great as well. Maybe that would the kind of place you would want.

I think it could be a really good investment depending on the turnover of course. But this could also help your auction business if you have the cars cleaned ect. Also with you saying about having to put money into it to get it cleaned up and looking fresh I think that goes with any business. Got to put a little in to get alot back. All the best CJ and hopfully your car stops giving you glass splinters soon! Little tip go through with lint roller! I did this when I had my windows put through and worked a treat

My husband had the rear window on his dually get busted out with a rock and I thought the same thing about getting the glass shards off the seat. Someone suggested that I use duct tape and put it where you see the glass or little shiny shards it will get it out duct tape or gorilla tape

In the long run it will pay for itself a few times over but the start up costs are probably going to overwhelm you. It is not just the painting, cleaning, free vacuums, or even the cost of a wash. You will probably need the sewer done to make sure they are not crumbling or clogged that is a very pricey thing but so important. The structure itself, is it stable? how many cars have hit it not being able to see? What is the community like? Vandalism? The pavement? It will be a couple of years before it starts to pay for itself. Do your costs out weigh the outcome? It would be a learning curve if you bought it.

I did Like👍 this Vlog😁 ...would like to see👀 more of this type of videos. I know what you meant about leftover glass shards in your car. ...that's what I dealt with for months after "3" Deer ran into the side of my on the highway at midnight; knocking me off the road onto an Exit. How I missed the Exit Sign I'll never know. ...luckily no one else was on the highway at that time. ...but, I had glass all over me from the driver's side window & I had to exit out the passenger side door bcuz of the damage that occurred to the driver's side door & front left quarter panel. ...here's the kicker, I saw a deer head roll across the windshield & demolish it, but Not push any glass inside. ..."1" of the deer rolled backwards against the driver's side & left the metal crumpled. ..."3rd" deer, tore up the grill & left a lot of Gross bloody hair around the headlight & what was left of the grill. That was the 1st & only time that has happened to me, by myself. I was 30 minutes away from home & scared to death to look at my car. I waited until the Michigan State Police came, & then I looked at the car. ...needless to say, I had to have the car towed home & had to miss work (I traveled the State for my job) for a few days until the major repairs were done; the minor repairs were done when they could be. ...I avoided that deer part of the highway for a long time at night.

I have several friends that own car washes. They are very lucrative investments especially if you have a good manager and maintenance person on call 24 / 7. If you have someone who will keep it clean and keep the brushes clean, you got it made.

Some car washes, where I live in the greater Toronto area, actually have people at the start of the car wash to scrub and pressure wash the wheels, bumpers and other hard to clean areas to ensure that your car comes out 100% clean! That should have been done at this car wash you’re thinking of.....but if you do buy it I’m sure that you’ll make a lot of improvements to the business to make it better!! Yes you should buy it!

I like the Vlog it is like getting to know you better. Personally I dont use the brush car washes. They almost always scratch your paint job. I like the ones with rags. If i use one usually i wash my car myself

I don’t like those kind car washes because it’s only the outside getting cleaned. I like the hand detailed car wash where they go in the car, vacuum, dust the inside, hand detail my car, clean my tires etc. but these are great when you are in a rush and it cleans the outside fast

Well as u know LOCATION of said business is key. Are there things that need maintenance and fixed? If so how much would it cost? Would the place be nothing but a money pit or will it pay for itself in revenue? See what the sales are and how much actually goes out and comes in. Try and negotiate on the price. Everything checks out then invest in it.

CJ two things I want to tell you to help you. 1. Follow what your gut says bc that gut in my opinion is a love one telling you what they are thinking. 2. On getting glass shards out try a brush and the vacuum cleaner followed by gorilla tape or a lint roller.

With the Car Wash, it canbe profitable but with that type of business it truly is location location location and if the property next to it is for sale also then that may have been a hard hit community for the pandemic and economically, have someone stake out traffic on a warm day to get an idea of true customer count and which products versus just monthly profit n loss statements
