Should I continue making videos?

Part 10 of a series of videos I am making during the Bahá’í month of Fasting.
I can't believe this puts me over halfway through the fast, and also through this series of videos! I don't think I realized what I was getting myself into when I decided to challenge myself to daily videos while fasting... but it has been wonderful. Stretching myself creatively and letting go of the idea that my work should be perfect to be seen has been good for me.

This video is so relatable. It makes lots of sense actually. I'm so glad you shared with us this wonderful reflection. The chain of good/ bad choices is really true. I feel like we tend to delay the things that matter to us the most sometimes for the sake of what is 'more important' in perspective of the material world. I've never meditated either, this type looks very interesting and fruitful. Would be glad to learn more about it! Will DM on insta
