So it's fair to say the issue has levels. One thing that is also incorrect is to say people become a scholar overnight, ppl begin with taqlid and gradually over time follow evidences as taught by other imams over what any imam who missed the evidence on a topic says issue by issue, I think thats balanced insha Allah!

In India Many people worship The graves In the name of hanafi madhab. In India They have aqeedah opposing to Imam Abu Hanifa And they call themselves Hanafi (The deobandis)

This Shaikh gives very good advice. I cannot be my own doctor, or lawyer even though I can read & write but go to experts of these subjects. The same way, I don't have enough knowledge of Arabic, Qur'an, or Hadith so I MUST follow one of the four Aimma-e-Haqq.

The question here is follow the country's madhab or go out of the way to seek ANOTHER MADHAB which is not in his country. Why would anyone do that? It's not even talking about ijtihad... and the issue when a clear saheeh hadeeth opposes it. I am in a Shafi land. Why would I go out of my way and study hambali Madhab and introduce another madhab into my society. If you are anyway following a madhab and do taqleed, do taqleed of the madhab of his land. That's the question is about....

You can prefer a madhab and choose to study it. Some people used to be hanafi but preferred the hanbali madhab and studied it at medina, and came back to the land and are now teaching hanbali fiqh to those who want to learn. They aren’t enforcing it on everyone.

There is also a sahih Hadith where the prophet allowed muta, so will u follow it? Yes, the Hadith is sahih but it is known that this Hadith was abrogated by another statement of the prophet and all the imams prohibited it except the crypto Jews.

I love Sheikh Saleh Al Fawzan for the sake of Allah. Alhamdulillah my Aqidah & Manhaj is Salafi and I’m fascinated with the Hanbali fiqh cause I noticed all most every prominent Salafi scholar belongs from Hanbali Madhab . For this reason,I also want to practice Hanbali Madhab in my life.But,Unfortunately I belongs from a country like Bangladesh where the Salafi are known as Ahlul-Hadis.They don’t follow any particular Imam’s Madhab even they discourage us to follow any particular Imam’s madhab,that’s why they does not translate any book of hanbali fiqh Although they promote & translate the book of Salafi Aqidah of those Hanbali writters That’s why,I’m urging the Hanbali scholars of Saudi Arabia to promote the Hanbali fiqh in subcontinent along with Salafi Aqidah.

You could follow those blind hanafi Mullahs if they were from Ahlul Sunnah not from Mubtadee' Maturidi sect. So you should follow the Ahlul Hadith. Shaykh Saleh Fawzan clearly stated one from the subcontinent should follow Ahlul Hadith as they are only people of Sunnah there
