Choose as per your stream. If you got development then go for Java , python and if you got CIS then go with Azure, Google certifications. Location will depend on them and as a fresher if you are lucky then you can get your hometown as your work location

For Accenture there is no bond for 5 years. So you can go for Accenture according to me. But If you want to do mtech and bond is something tht doesn't bother you then Wipro is also nice.
