Should I keep or replace this anode rod in my water heater? | DIY Answers

A classic DIY situation. Should I keep or replace this anode rod in my water heater? It's been 3 years since the last anode rod replacement and a year since my last water heater flush. If you were in my position, would you replace this anode rod or stick it back in and save the new one for later?
