Should I take JEE Mains 2nd Drop or NOT

In 2025, JEE Adv. will conduct by IIT kanpur, so, if many students, even of class 11,12, 1st drop, 2nd drop will mail,tweet or use any way to send our message for 3rd attemp for JEE adv. , Maybe they'll allow 2nd droppers for IIT. bcoz, 2nd drop just for NIT seems useless, if motivation of IIT will be given to 2nd droppers, they'll definitely secure a good NIT and then IIT too as they're very less in amount. Every coaching institutes should also support this and they should request IITK for 3rd attempt. This should be happen as there are 6+ attempts in other competitive exams like NEET,UPSC CSE, many more.

Please guys, let’s do this. I did not prepare for JEE in my class 12th. I did not not even fill means form and I took my first drop as my first attempt. It is really unfair that I did not get another chance. I attempted mistakes in my first attempt, and I really want to give advance.

I think it is really unfair for the people who give their first attempt as a dropper because they only get one year to cover both the classes plus, they do not get another chance in advance. I think advance should be attempted for three years. Let’s all message IIT Kanpur.

Guys lets tweet for an extra attempt of jee adv 2024 for 2022 passed out candidates as 1)during both years of our preparation most of the times it was covid and classes were online. 2)and when we took drop we got only just 5 month ro prepare (ps. Nta did not even informed the students about this in beginning, they informed at last moment around 1 month before exam . If we send mail to the respective iit which is going to conduct the exam and tweet our request on twitter then concerned authorities may consider our request THIS IS THE BEST WE CAN DO ALONG WITH STUDYING

brother you still have lot of engineering exams please apply for one and select any one branch then if you want prepare for jee prepare it will be worth i was a double dropper. you should think thousand times before taking drop if you continue your 1st drop misatkes then you will fail believe me. if you will work hard only the take drop otherwise 2nd drop for tier 2 or tier 3 colleges not worth it brother, you can give gate which gives you chance to pursue masters from iits just think brother i hope you will make smart choice

Ab har kisi se to maine nahi puchha hai ki kaun fresher/dropper/double dropper hai (kyunki kisi ko na isse fark padta hai na kisi ko janna hai) isliye mai ratio to nahi bata sakta but kafi log hai. And no effect on placement or anything.

It's bit difficult as NIT Patna have ECE where we can see good placements in future but currently in placements NIT Jamshedpur Electrical is way ahead of NIT Patna ECE. So, seeing current placement statistics, my personal opinion will be NIT Jsr Electrical.
