Hi mo hope your well I'm thinking of moving my fronts wider what the best distance apart from the centre speakers is best ? At the moment they are 2.5 feet away from the centre woofer each side , am thinking could sound better if wider? I have an 11.1 set up auro 3d voice of god.

Yes they need to be wider. It depends on how far your front speakers. Mine are 11 ft from the main listening position 4ft apart from center on each side. Wides should be installed as follows per audioadvice.com home theater configuration tool. Front Wide Surround Speakers: 5' 5.53" from the screen's wall at 3' 2.00" from the floor to the tweeter. These should be in line with the side surrounds.
