No it shouldn’t, it’s a game. Not every account is the same. Some players just want to pass a stage or have fun so they’ll use items. While some want to challenge themselves or want to see how strong a character/team is so they’ll use no items. Instead of banning items a better option is just add a no item mission but it’s really rewarding to every difficult event going forward. It should never be forced upon it should be incentivized.

I think banning items is a terrible idea because now you're fulling limiting the majority of the f2p players in being unable to do something with their lesser units. 1 thing i would really like is the option to pause between 1 animation and another so we can finally check the def in game without having to calcolate, so for example slot 1 goku sa greatly raises def and after he done the first sa you can pause and check, then if he do an additional you can again pause and check ecc ecc, same for slot 2 and 3 so you can check the def whenever you want

I proposed not a live Defense Stat shown during attacking phase but better a Pause button, At any time during attacking phase we could pause battle and check Unit Info n see Defense Stats after Characters have attacked or gotten buffs etc, Better than just Defense Stat Display bc could use it to also drop out of battle and or change settings mid battle…

The real problem with getting rid of items is that it would make interesting mechanics like locking or sealing annoying instead of a unique challenge. Like for red zone omega, do you want to bring a senzu bean to stop the status conditions or are you willing to risk them in favor of a ghost usher to keep from dying to the one shot super in the final phase? Removing items removes an opportunity to interact with the game mechanics, so i don't think they should be removed

No item runs have become sort of the standard for the online/twitter/youtube portion of the Dokkan community. The average player who might only play the game and that’s their only access to the game or who isn’t traversing online about the game very much is not taken into account. Items are integral for those types of players, as well as others because there isn’t a need to want to no item a particular piece of hard content, and instead the focus is just completing the content. Also, what if there is new hard content that is only possible with a particular item? Items are a core part of the game, and their utility is important for players that are not concerned with completing content without them.

Crazy how every game has players like truth who wants everything to be the hardest it can even if it locks out 99 percent of players. I used to play a game called DCUO and the devs of that game started doing what the elites wanted, making the missions and dungeons almost impossible to complete and the game lost most of it's player base.

Items being banned really affects players that don’t have good units or that is f2p because not everyone has the luck or the money to pull new units (unless you save stones that is) The argument that items being banned in difficult content would incentivize players to summon in order to beat said event moving forward. It’s honestly kinda toxic because it’s either you raw dog the hard fights using pre 10th year anniversary power spike units and do the fights hundreds of times because the units just gets one shot or they don’t do enough damage then gets one shot OR you summon for the new units immediately and be able to breeze through the fight like what beast basically did. Very easy solution, just don’t use items on your own will, ain’t no one forcing you to use them, most of the times when people do use items, it’s because the numbers of fights and how annoying it is makes it to where they wanna use it. And if you straight up ban items, have fun having to go through hundreds of attempts and begging for the goddess of luck to be on your side with dodge or die characters.

I find myself no iteming levels onoy by mistake at times. Items shouldn't be banned because there are missions where the team can get weaker, whereas the boss gets stronger over time to where items do have thay saving grace. Plus, it helps newer players aftually have a chance in dokkanfest medal stages and super battle road

Its still crazy to me that someglobal players (which I am) downplayed the tickets like they didnt equate to free summons ON TOP of 3+1 summons. For every 6 multis you only paid for 4 AND you know what characters to summon for in the future. IMO tickets were equal payment to waiting 6 months for new units but im *extremely* happy we are past that. Seeing the community all be hyped for anniversary and being able to celebrate at the same time... *chefs kiss*

Nah I just think the missions having you no item it for rewards is a far better option and choice. Give the player agency for how they want to approach the difficulty content, and include rewards if they want to really push themselves.

Content should get harder with Mechanics and item limits. As in disable dodge, guard. Def. Raise, etc Super battle road could be hard again by limiting items to 1 item per stage moving forward. Bosses don't need to hit for 10mil. You can keep units around 3mil defense and have bosses hit around those numbers but have them cancel certain actions.
