Question though: Do you allocate an amount in your monthly budget for each person's personal "pocket money"/"personal allowance" or nah? Asking because I can imagine wanting to surprise my husband with a gift or experience, but not necessarily wanting to have to give account for spending that money in our account BEFORE actually revealing my "surprise" - as naturally, that would ruin it. How do you navigate that?
