Brazil was a Portuguese colony for over 3 centuries. Most of South America including Argentina and Uruguay were Spain's for around 4 centuries. So, obviously, these names are obviously there because of the cultural similarities. We can't say the same about Germany and England lol. Personally, I don't think that a NT must only have a manager from their own country only.

Fun Fact: No foreign coach has ever managed to win the World Cup, both men's and women's. I think this might be a big problem for Thomas Tuchel and England, especially considering the fact England had even lost the World Cup Final before with their foreign coach (the women's team under Sarina Wiegman in the 2023 World Cup).
