So just because they miss a mini camp, trust goes out the window? Come on, Man! As a Houston fan, I am not a big fan of Aaron Rodgers. But I respect his abilities. He is probably second only to Patrick Mahomes in the league. This seems like much ado about nothing.

I kinda see coordinators like this: there are elite guys who make a positive difference, guys who bring no net plus or minus, and guys who can handicap your team. The first and third options are very rare. Only two or three of each exist in the league at any time. The vast majority are the net-zero guys. Having a great QB like Rodgers who has the autonomy to run his system, like Brady or Manning, prevent the coordinator from having that negative impact. That makes Hackett a net-zero impact at worst. It takes a perfect storm to end up with an outright bad coordinator, just like it does to have an elite one. As rare as Andy Reid and Sean McVay are, they have the QB. For as rare as Tony Sporano or Matt Patricia are, they had Mark Sanchez and Mac Jones.

Play calling isn't the issue. Execution is the issue. You can have the perfect play called every time but if the players can't beat their man 1 on 1 then the play will not work. We have better players on the oline , wr group and qb. Get ready for the GBP offense from 2020-2022. As the great Harry Neale responded to the question "what do you think of your teams execution"? I am all for it.
