Should NRL Celebrate Michael Jennings 300th NRL Game?

News had broke out earlier in the week that Andrew Abdo and the NRL have decided to not acknowledge Michael Jennings 300th game. But with no Criminal Charges, and the authorization to continue to play first grade, did the NRL get it all wrong?
