First of all, why would Jane Doe, in a public place, follow without coercion, an alleged stranger into another room's privacy, for men only, unless she smoked crack cocaine also, and was promised a hit or some money. There is no mention of her car, so she could be a local crack-head looking for a free high!

Even though their behaviors appear to be consensual, when Pierre allowed his friends to assault her, it became gang rape, with Diddy leading the pack. It is clear to me, that these predators were on the prowl that night! The best they could have done was safely taking her home to her parents. She is lucky to be alive!

All good questions. I cannot understand why she went into restrooms with men on two occasions in this story. Her car was mentioned in the complaint but I only preview portions of the documents during the podcasts, in the interest of time. This is what was said in the complaint about her car: "She was taken back to an airport and flown back to Michigan. However, she has very limited recollection of her transport home, and only remembers being in her car sometime early in the morning." ... And to me, this leaves even more questions...
