Cubs need to court Takahashi Hiroto early cause he maybe even better than Roki. MLB cannot keep on letting Dodgers get away with buying Japanese players on the cheap.

Ok how are there no rules to prevent one team from hoarding every top player? There has to be some limit or baseball gets boring and uncompetitive. Lack of competition hurts fans ultimately.
