The LA Clippers have a couple of big choices to make this summer, mainly what direction they’re going to be going in with their team. Should they sign Paul George to a new contract? Are they bringing back James Harden? Are they bringing back the same team in hopes of getting another chance at a title?

This is what Evan Turner (PG13 former Pacers teammate said just this week: "PG has a history of not showing up," Turner said. "Which is an understatement. I never met a human that would let a media rumor drive his energy or personality... You know how soft that team gonna be if he and Embiid go together? It’d probably be the most skilled duo ever since Kobe and Shaq. Embiid would be hurt, and PG gonna be Paul." I have been warning you folks about PG13 and instead i was met with jeers. That man should have been gone after the bubble. He is full of excuses and quite frankly, he doesn't care about winning, its all about the money for guys like him. Clippers should ask him to take up his PO and move him for a young PF and another young athletic wing. If he won't take it up thenm let him walk and lose him, but to max him out at 34 after that disaster performance will keep you stuck with him, no team taking such a contract, let him walk, this is a good lesson for Clips and others to learn. Re-sign Harden to a 2 year contract and let Bones be the official back up pg or heck, start bones as the PG and let Harden walk if he wants max money too. The following players should not be back: Russ, Plumlee, Theis, Tucker, Boston Jr and could possibly be included in trades, see what you can get for Norm; integrate Brown, Miller, Jones and Diabete into the line up and then build from there. Clippers should consider firing Ty, Frank and whoever their scout is and look for a new scout that can find cheap talent at a value and go from there. Bringing back that old slow, small team is a recipe for disaster again.

Darian the only way (although unlikely), is trade Kawhi for whatever (1 first round pick, or two seconds and a role player), let PG and Harden walk, and maybe trade Zu for a first round pick, play with Kai Jones idk.And start fresh. Although I don't think there's the slightest chance this front office does that, especially with the first year of Intuit Dome. I think the Clippers should resign PG to the max after he explores FA, decline PJ and let him walk, use that cap to bring back Harden on a team friendly deal. I think a team like the Knicks or Heat would trade their injured stars Randle/Jimmy for Kawhi. They can send some picks and pieces like Jericho Sims/Bojan/Rozier if we add Norm or Terrance Mann (Mann to Knicks since hes from NY). PG can also be shopped, Harden would be the star until a team wants him.

There is no future here guys. The only thing I can think of with Keeping this old senior center team together is they are popular and will sell tickers for next season. But if we ant to win in the Future I say blow it up! Sign Markelle Fullz , Jose Alverado, Miles Bridges, Nick Claxton, get rid of Westbrook, trade Harden and George for top 10 picks. Powell and Zubac are guys that come deadline or even December, a team will throw 1sts at. Those are the 3 that have to go and find someone who is a pf maybe in buyout market like Westbrook was after lakers huge contract. That’s going to be clippers route for getting better is buyouts. Yes they are forced to sign harden. There are no realistic point guards in free agency anywhere close to James level. Also, trades aren’t realistic since clippers have no assets really. I am confident he will take a smaller deal like he did in Philly. Kawhi already did, Russ did, Paul George hasn’t but he might. At this point harden is too rich and he wants to win. Hopefully he takes a really small deal so we can focus on making this team super deep.

Russ most likely won't be back, you heard the way Lawrence Frank spoke about him in the final press conference. It came across as take whatever we give you. Also I don't think he should come back, they've deminished his role on the team whether he plays good or bad. They also sold him a dream to sign with them as the primary point guard and subbed him out 3 games into the season. Then lied to him again to get him on the bench as the back up point guard and took that away too. They then placed him in the one position he's not good at shooting spot up 3's. I’d trade kawhi for expiring contracts whatever picks they can get and young players. I’d trade Powell for picks and young guys too. Sign and trade PG to the lakers and a first round pick. Nice video. I would go with the retool/ blow up scenario. Extend PG (unlikely he would accept opting in or the clippers extension btw) and harden, trying to avoid the max extension if possible. Then, before the season or at the trade deadline, trade pg and kawhi. Get also rid of: plumlee, pj, russ. Try to acquire some power forward and backup center that can rebound, jump and shoot threes or space the floor. I also have a question for you all: if they get rid of kawhi and pg, they will have free cap space to target some free agent stars in the 2025 offseason (there are big names with player options, like tatum brunson, irving and many others), hoping in the LA market attractiveness. Is this a feasible scenario or the new rules are forbidding that possibility?
