For those that don't train BJJ, there was no fault on the boy at all. The girl made the mistake of keeping the closed guard position with her right ankle tucked behind her left knee. If the girl would of kept a traditional closed guard position (legs closed at ankle over ankle) then she would not have tapped at all when the boy changed his position. Unfortunate for the girl, but definitely a learning lesson for her.
